Our next monthly Eastbourne Support meeting is set for  Tuesday 18th March 2025, 2.00 till 5.00 pm at the The Breathe Centre, 142, Whitley Road, Eastbourne, BN22 8LT.


Join us for a lively social event with invited guest speakers, seated yoga, fun general knowledge quizzes with prizes for the winners, bumper raffles and much more. 

The Pulmonary Rehabilitation Exercise Maintenance sessions are now running at The Breathe Centre, 142, Whitley Road, Eastbourne, BN22 8LT every Monday from 1.00 pm till 3.00 pm  and Polegate Community Centre, Windsor Way, Polegate every Wednesday, 1.00 pm till 3.00 pm.

The Lewes Pulmonary Rehabilitation Exercise Maintenance sessions are held every Thursday from 11.00 am till 1.00 pm at the Malling Community Centre, Spences Lane, Lewes.

We have a monthly Lunch Club at The Breathe Centre hosted by Linda and Sheila on the last Friday of every month.  Every one welcome, bring something to eat and enjoy the company.
